TERMS OF SERVICE (T.0.S)
1. GENERAL TERMSProvide neat references.
Please write in a clean and specific manner.
Any ill behavior will not be accepted and your commission will be canceled.
I reserve the right to refuse to take on any commission, for whatever reason.2. PAYMENTAll commissions must be paid either:
-in full, up front
-with orders above 100, you're able to pay half up front,
and half once concept sketch is approved.The only payment I currently accept is EURO on PayPal.
Other payment methods can be discussed (gift cards, etc)3. PROCESSWork In Progress screenshots will not be provided on sketch commissions.
The time for a commission to be completed can take up to 6 months depending
on factors such as; my health, complexity, the order size, etc.If the commission is NOT completed within 6 months, you will be
compensated with a free commission up to 50 euros in worth.4. CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONI will do what I can to make my customers happy.
I'm able to make changes throughout the process when wips are provided.
After the commission is finished, I'm willing to make small changes (like adding glasses, etc)
Any great changes after completion will result in you being charged extra.
Make sure to be clear in your order with what you aim for.5. COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICYThe artist holds every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I am allowed to;
- Post it wherever I wish to
- Display it anywhere to my liking
- Promote myself with it in any place or siteThe commissioners are allowed to;
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless discussed otherwise
- Print the art, and claim the right of their character/s but not the drawing itself
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement (and therefore NOT allowed):
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially:
(Meaning making money off of it in any way)
- Altering the artwork without my, the artists, consent
- Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork
- Removing any watermark/signaturesA Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be +300% of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork,
use it in books, covers, as props, change it to your liking etc.
Credit is ALWAYS required for usage of the artwork,
even if rights are purchased, or the art is edited.6. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICYI have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have the right to cancel or demand a refund only in the following circumstance:- You request a refund within 3 days of the first payment & I have not yet started working your commission
or
- There is an emergency on your part, of which you can provide some proof.In case of an emergency, I will give you a refund for the stages of art I have not done yet.
I have 5 stages in my art process; sketching, lining, coloring, shading and details. For simplicity’s sake, each of these will be considered 20% of my art process.For example: If you ask for a refund in case of an emergency when I’ve finished the sketch, lining and got started on the coloring -while you ordered a full illustration-
I will refund you with 40% of the original price.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
You will be forbidden to ever commission me again.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want for others to watch out for.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all rights to the money you gave me.
